About the Ten-Minute Student Short Film "Sand":
Dave, a lazy and indifferent guy, is assigned to complete a final
project with Alison, a nerdy and intelligent girl. As they work
together, he realizes that she is more than what meets the eye and
is inspired by her diligence. Soon, they fall in love, but that has
to mean he must come to terms with her already deteriorating
health. What fate will this couple face?
We are sincerely looking for actors who can act as:
DAVE, 18
A lazy guy, indifferent about schoolwork, who does not pay
attention in class
ALISON, 18
A nerdy-looking and intelligent girl who stays strong in the face
of her alarming health
- The furthest intimacy between Dave and Alison would only be hugs
and holding hands. -

The filming will take place within July 29 - August 7. Major part
